Overview

Oceania Heights gives new meaning to the word ‘location'. Oceania Heights properties sit on some of the highest elevations in the Out Islands of the Bahamas.  This allows for the most spectacular ocean views from the balconies of each property and every window.  Many villas feature breathtaking panoramic views of both the Atlantic ocean and the Caribbean sea. The lush tropical foliage that grows on the grounds, coupled with the glittering blues and greens from the surrounding water, provides a stunning kaleidoscope of colors.

The atmosphere at Oceania Heights is one of tranquility and simple elegance. The roads are lined with palm trees and the luxury villas are bright, airy and vibrant. Each villa is designed to be a tropical delight with its pastel colors and spacious, open balconies. The villa interiors are designed for relaxation with all the comforts of home. Guests can enjoy their own private pool area or choose to explore the three miles of sandy, private beach.
Oceania Heights Properties are child and family friendly with all villas having two or more bedrooms to accommodate larger families. Since each villa comes with a private pool, children will love to frolic in the water all day and parents can rest assured that it is a private setting.  (This is also a nice feature for celebrities who prefer not to be in the public eye when they are on vacation.) The seclusion of Oceania Heights properties allow for maximum family bonding time. Families can enjoy themselves on their private balcony with no noisy interruptions. There are also numerous activities nearby that can satisfy the whole family, such as heading to the Exuma Cays Land & Sea Park where there is an abundance of sights to see and activities to indulge in.  There is also a park in George Town and many outfitters for family activities such as bike rentals, tours, kayaking snorkeling and more. Baby sitters available on site and private chefs available to cook for you in your own villa.
